This policy applies to all appointment bookings made through
Doctor Appointment System.
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled
consultation.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and any relevant payment
gateway charges.
2. Late Cancellation & No-Show
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. If
the patient does not attend the consultation without prior notice, the fee may be considered
forfeited.
3. Cancellation by the Clinic
If the clinic cancels an appointment due to unforeseen conditions, you may be offered a
reschedule or a full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- The final credit timeline depends on the bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed consultations
- No-show appointments
- Missed appointments caused by incorrect or incomplete patient information
